Breaking the ice- New Authoirity
Hello to all, I want to say thank you to the Freight Link team for the opportunity you all gave me to be here. I just got screened and approved! Im a new authority breaking the 26th day of my incubation period. Currently learning this feature loaded app, hoping, praying and searching for my first load. If there is any one willing to work with a retired Army Aviation Veteran, turned in to a trucker, and need a hard core gooseneck rig (lol), I’ll be here all day! Watch your Denim loads
Hey guys just wanted to let you all know that in the last week I have had a couple loads that were suppose to be factored through Denim not get invoiced from Denim. The carriers turned in the load to Denim and on the carrier side was showing pending and unpaid but Denim never sent paperwork or invoice to me (Broker). Just be aware of this and make sure you are checking in on paperwork being turned in to brokers as well.
Conex container loads
I don't know how everyone else feels, but hauling Conex containers isn't worth the hassle. Having a huge heavy sail on the trailer behind your rig, is asking for trouble with axels transmissions and unnecessary wear on your tires. When I see a post come up and the DIMS ar 40' long x 8' wide x 8'tall, I just keep on scrolling. Watch your 6...

Rental trucks
Good morning from Northern KY! I am an asset based "hot shot" and I only have one truck and one trailer. I am 4 months into my MC and averaging 3 loads per week. My biggest fear at this point is having a mechanical issue with my truck that puts me out of commission. What companies will rent 3/4 or 1 ton trucks for short term? Pic of my normal "load" when DHing.
